I successfully developed and implemented a comprehensive 3-week training program for new facilitators, incorporating a holistic approach that included job shadowing, mock facilitation, video feedback, and presentations on program ideology. This resulted in the successful training of over 20 facilitators with 100% retention. Furthermore, I expanded the scope of this training program to accommodate a wider range of programs, from 1-week to 3-month courses. This successful model now serves as a valuable template for developing training programs across various departments within the organization.
