I developed a comprehensive takeaway workbook to supplement an existing eLearning course. This asynchronous and interactive resource provides learners with key information and allows them to reference it after the initial training.
This asynchronous job aid (in conjunction with the multi-modal eLearning), is now utilized by all Sales new-hires, and part of a 10-week onboarding which increased retainment of participants by 60%.
