I consolidated all relevant Performance Management resources into a single, user-friendly Google Sheet, streamlining navigation and enhancing user experience. I minimized scrolling by merging information from multiple tabs into a single view and incorporated hover-over tips to provide additional information without visual clutter. To ensure consistency, I archived all outdated versions and updated existing links across the company.

This centralized resource significantly improved the employee experience by reducing confusion and streamlining access to critical information. By simplifying navigation and enhancing user experience, I increased the utilization of Performance Management resources and improved the overall efficiency of the process.
