The existing Performance Management process was cumbersome due to fragmented information across multiple outdated files. In addition, there were inconsistent timelines across different business functions causing more confusion.
I developed a centralized, one-shop-stop Performance Management resource using Google Slides, accessible to all employees within the company's familiar ecosystem.
The resource features a clear timeline, delineated actions for each step, linked resources, and program-level resources (e.g., FAQs, roles & responsibilities, etc.).
Content can be easily updated and tailored per audience (Individual Contributors, Managers, Executives, etc.), while keeping the same branding and visual consistency across the program. Complaints decreased and content was utilized each cycle.Â
